Back Story
I recently graduated with honors earning an Associates in Graphic and Web Design. Before attending school I had previous experience in art and design. I have worked in web design, branding, tech icons and logos, and book design. Growing up in a family that ran a graphic design business, she was raised learning design programs, and she is now fluent in the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
I began my artistic career as a tattooo artist in 2005. I tattooed professionally for six years in Aurora and Denver, Colorado, and Austin, Texas. In 2011, at the age of 25, I struggled with chronic pain in my neck and the nerves of my arms. Dedicated to my art, I continued to study illustration and watercolor for 12 years, despite persistent pain. I recently had a very successful decompression surgery, and today I am proudly overcoming my challenges. I am ready to restart my professional career. My resilience, adaptability, history, and experience place me ahead of the curve. I am dedicated to becoming a designer that can produce answers and solve design problems.

Illustration
In a previous life I was a tattoo artist for 6 years. This was the foundation of my illustration skills. After tattooing my main focus for over a decade has been watercolor and mixed media. Mixed media has which lead me to digital art.
I have been in small art shows in Denver and my art work has been used in independent magazines and music posters.
